How We Approach 
a Commission

Our approach is a joyful affair, and reminiscent of a bygone age where personal service was unhurried and exclusive to each and every Client.


1. EXPLORATION
We get to know our Clients personally through meetings and often over a glass of wine. We discover likes, dislikes and uncover the essence of their style and personality.


2. DESIGN ALCHEMY
We present the designs, which have been developed based on the Exploration. These are discussed and approved by you. At the same time, stones are individually presented and chosen.

3. CREATION
Once the details and timeframes are agreed, and a deposit is paid, we begin crafting the piece. We communicate regularly to keep you informed of the progress, ahead of final delivery.


4. REVEAL
The presentation of the finished piece is our greatest satisfaction. Our Client sees the reality of their imagination brought to life for the first time. Your story is set in stone, and it is now yours to wear and treasure.

Every Blacklock design is owned by Blacklock Jewellery until full payment is received. Once received, design blueprints are handed over to the Client. Please see our full Terms & Conditions to understand more.
